- Eligibility
a) The competition is open to individuals aged 18yrs and above.
b) Participants must be residents of Kenya
c) Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the organizers are not eligible to participate.
- Registration
a) The registration period is open for one (1) month from 25th Feb to 25th march 2025
b)Participants must complete the registration form accurately and provide all required documents.
c) Only one entry per participant is allowed.
- Voting Process:
a) Voting will be open for three (3) months from 25th Feb to May 28th 2025.
b)Votes must be cast through the official voting platform designated by the organizers.
c) Consistency in voting will be monitored throughout the competition period. Irregular voting patterns or fraudulent votes will result in disqualification.
d) The voting results will be reviewed and verified by the organizers before finalizing winners.
- Winner Selection:
a) The ten (10) winners will be determined based on the highest number of verified votes.
b) Each winner must have garnered at least 20,000 votes and above to qualify.
c)In case of a tie, the organizers reserve the right to introduce a tie-breaker mechanism.
d) The decision of the organizers is final and binding.
- Disqualification and Misconduct:
a) Participants found engaging in fraudulent activities, such as vote-buying or multiple entries, will be disqualified.
b)Any form of misconduct, including abusive language or behavior towards other participants or the organizers, may lead to disqualification.
- Prizes and Awards:
a)The winners will receive prizes as outlined by the organizers.
b) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.
c) Winners must claim their prizes within 2weeks from the announcement date.
- Publicity and Rights:
a)By participating, entrants grant the organizers the right to use their name, image, and performance for promotional and marketing purposes.
b)The organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the competition format, including dates, without prior notice.
- Liability:
a) The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in the competition.
b) Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the organizers.
- Amendments:
a) The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
b) Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
